Trash Can Cleaning (4 times per year): Say goodbye to dirty and smelly trash cans with our convenient trash can cleaning service. We'll clean and sanitize your trash cans four times a year, ensuring a fresh and odor-free waste disposal experience.

Pricing:

For only $1200 (or $100 per month), you can enjoy all the benefits of our Residential Oregon SideBundle. This package requires a one-year commitment and must be set up on auto payment for your convenience.( This is standard pricing for home up to 1500 SQ, large homes will need to be bid.)

Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing our Residential Oregon SideBundle. By agreeing to this package, you are committing to the bundled services for a minimum duration of one year. To ensure transparency and a clear understanding of our cancellation policy, please review the following terms and conditions:

One-Year Commitment: By signing up for the Residential Oregon SideBundle, you agree to maintain the package for a minimum period of one year from the date of enrollment.

Payment Schedule: The total cost of the Residential Oregon SideBundle is $1200, payable in full or through monthly installments of $100 each. If you opt for monthly payments, you are authorizing automatic payments through the provided payment method.

Cancellation Policy: Should you decide to cancel the Residential Oregon SideBundle before the completion of the one-year term, you will be required to pay the full remaining balance of the package.

Cancellation Process: To initiate the cancellation process, you must submit a written request to our customer service team. Requests can be made via email or through our designated customer support channels.

Refunds: As per the terms of the package, no refunds will be issued for any previous payments made towards the Residential Oregon SideBundle.

Cancellation Fees: Should you choose to cancel within the one-year commitment period, you will be responsible for the full remaining balance, which will be immediately due upon cancellation.

Pro-Rated Cancellation: We do not offer pro-rated cancellations for the Residential Oregon SideBundle. Even if services have not yet been rendered for the entire one-year term, the full payment for the package will be due upon cancellation.

Modification of Services: While the Residential Oregon SideBundle is a bundled package, individual services within the package may be modified or canceled upon request without affecting the commitment duration. However, the total cost of the bundle will remain the same.

Non-Transferable: The Residential Oregon SideBundle is non-transferable and can only be utilized by the enrolled property for the agreed-upon one-year term.
